Our 2-Pronged Approach to Raising Global Tech Leaders
We use a two-pronged approach.
Building Strong Leaders: We offer a mix of impactful programs, including Conferences and cohort-based leadership development program for young individuals. In between these main events, we reach out to schools, youth groups, and churches, offering high-impact crash courses on leadership, career development, and entrepreneurship.
Bridging the Digital Skills Gap: We recognize the importance of both leadership and technical skills. While 40% of our content focuses on leadership development, we dedicate the remaining 60% to training in in-demand digital skills like artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, system analysis, product management, project management, data science, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and software development. Our technical skills capacity-building initiatives are strongly recommended on partnerships and collaborations with high-end tech companies and institutions.
All our activities are based solely on our Tech Lead Model, a revolutionary training model we invented for tech professionals. The Tech Lead model is a hybrid and process-orientated model. We understand it can help professionals to continuously upskill and become globally competitive. Our Theory of Change says that “When Young Innovators Tech-Lead, Africa Wins on the Global Market.”
