Tech Lead Community of Practice

Africa’s tech ecosystem is flourishing, with innovative solutions tackling both local and global challenges. However, the demand for strong, visionary leadership in technology has never been more urgent. The continent needs tech leaders who excel in their fields while championing inclusive growth, ethical practices, and transformative impact.

This event aims to convene a Community of Practice (CoP) comprising tech professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and youth leaders to explore the challenges, opportunities, and strategies for cultivating effective tech leadership across Africa. Driving the conversation through thought-provoking keynotes and insightful discussions will be Dr. Esi Sey Project Director YALI RLC West Africa Accra, Isaac Newton Acquah, Kwame Nyatuame, Kwame Stalwart and Janet Owusu Darko.
