What is the ILL?

This two-hour intensive lab is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to confidently launch your tech journey this year. You’ll connect with a supportive community of Black tech leaders and peers while diving into key topics on personal branding and career growth.

This year, we’re making it even more interactive! The session will be a fireside chat, where every participant shares valuable resources that have shaped their tech journey. Plus, at the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Tech Lead Challenge for the year and even get matched with a Tech Lead buddy.
